Hi Brandy,
Attached is the photos of the rings. Hope that they can be of help to you for your web site. I get so many compliments on my ring. I enjoy every piece I have purchased. The necklace that I wore on my wedding day was purchased at the store during your 50% off sale. I love it.
See you soon,
Lois

Dear Brandy, Krista & Kingston Fine Jewelry Staff,
I just wanted to thank you for making the three most beautiful rings for my sisters and I. This has been a very sentimental journey for us. We are so pleased with the work that you all did and appreciate your time and efforts.
It is wonderful to have a local jeweler of your quality that we can trust that does such amazing work.
I thank you on behalf of my sisters for helping us to create family heirlooms that we will cherish for a lifetime. (Our Grandmother would be very proud.)
Thoughtfully, Melissa Quick

Brandy;

You may use my letter as you please. I have a firm belief that my patronage should go to those businesses and merchants that contribute to the community. Your straight forward ethical business practices seperate you from the rest of the competition, your service is unmatchable. Hope to talk to you again around Christmas.

I have to share a few thoughts and impressions about doing business at this establishment. My first experience with Kingston Fine Jewelry was some years ago when purchasing a mothers ring for my wife. The purchase was a seamless transaction, I was guided through an assortment of options and styles and before I knew it I had ordered what turned out to be a wonderful gift and a truly fine piece of jewelry.

Since my fifteenth wedding anniversary has rolled around and I find myself in Baghdad. I thought it would be appropriate to find an anniversary gift that would make up for my extended absence. I sought the advice of some other Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines that I work with and came to the conclusion that a fine quality pearl necklace would do the trick.

I searched the Internet, the television shopping channels web pages, and a dozen catalogues for something appropriate. I had nearly given up when I remembered the Knull’s at Kingston Fine Jewelry.

I told a sergeant about my experience purchasing the mothers ring and he suggested I give them a call. I went back to the Internet and sure enough there was Kingston Fine Jewelry. Pearls were featured prominently on the web page and I decided to call.

Taking advantage of some sophisticated technology I managed to get a clear line to the states and spoke with Brandy Knull who first guided me through learning about pearls then how to select the right piece. I had a specific idea in mind, and when I explained it to Brandy. She expanded on the idea as if it were her own. Before I knew it we had designed a fabulous piece of jewelry right over the phone!

Brandy hand selected the pearls and gold chain for our design and the piece was created.

Let me tell you, I received an email today containing a picture of the creation. I am awe struck. How you could capture the image in my mind so perfectly is astounding? In a brief phone call you were able to share a vision with me and turn that vision into reality. Kingston Fine Jewelry graciously arranged to deliver this beautiful necklace to my wife on our anniversary. I have to tell you that there are few people to whom I would entrust such a personal task. The Knull’s and Kingston Fine Jewelry have earned that trust. I have received excellent service, the fairest of prices and the most courteous treatment imaginable. I can hardly think of the words to express my deep appreciation for your professionalism, caring business manner.

The remainder of this year will be a long and lonely experience for me. But I will be comforted by the knowledge that my dearest partner has an heirloom that expresses the feelings that so many in my profession struggle so hard to articulate. You’ve become my hero’s, my friends, and my trusted advisors. Thank you.
