Andy began designing and creating his own pieces of jewelry when he was just seventeen. He worked in a craft store in Queens, New York, a perfect place for someone who had always been creative.
The craft store gave him the inspiration he needed to enroll in the Bulova School for Design and Repair. It was there that he received his formal training as a bench jeweler. |
David is a professional metalsmith and jeweler. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the world renowned metals program at SUNY New Paltz. There he studied many metalsmithing techniques such as chasing and repousse, forging, raising, enameling, casting, electroforming, and many others. He also received scholarships to study blacksmithing at Peter's Valley Craft Center. David refined his skills while making high end jewelry for Tiffany & Co. There he fabricated platinum jewelry and set precious gems. He has exhibited his work at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art and many jewelry stores in the Northeast. He is also a member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths. David enjoys designing and making one-of-a-kind pieces. David has a great deal of experience repairing and refurbishing jewelry. |
