Under the supervision of Brandy Pavlich, the staff works individually and collectively to provide the highest quality of customer service. Each is trained in customer-relations, is knowledgeable about the merchandise, and treats each customer as the most important one.
The staff of full and part-time personnel have a combined experience of more than 50 years expertise which they bring to their relationships with customers. Employees are encouraged to take courses and classes related to the specifics of the merchandise that the store carries.
Brandy, the store's President/Manager, has her Graduate Diamond Degree from the Gemological Institute of America. She is working toward her Graduate Colored Stones degree, on her way to becoming a Graduate Gemologist.
